    :none:
i dont see a problem with it, ill un-ban it so long as you promise on pain of pie-to-the-face to be responsible with it.
How can you ban individual words because I would ban "Squee" in a heartbeat. It's the same scenario as Lawlz. Some people were annoyed by it's constant usage, so same goes with "Squeee" for me.
I don't see how Langly could ban/un ban it anyways since I didn't think he had "mod powers."
which is why LAWLZ and squee are both not blocked...i dont know who blocked it or under what circumstances it was blocked, but i think we just need to have profanity blocked.
Langly has admin powers, which means he can go to the admin panel then to word censors and add or delete as he pleases.
Oh, I thought he was new here.
ha, no no no...me and rain (and a large cast of others) set up the forum. i just havent been on for a long time because my wife and i had a baby and thats kind of a time vortex

I was actually mocking those that do it.
Squee, when first mentioned, was a reference to a Jhonen Vasquez comic book series about a young boy named... Squee.
Squee also made the sound "squee" when nervous or excited.
Since then... the sound has been co-opted, because it is halfway between whee! and a squeal... ergo... we are often excited on this forum. And thusly, squee was born and became part of the lexicon. And it was good.
It still doesn't make it cool.
HA! cool has never been my style. Which is why im now a computer teacher, i spent all the time i could have been being cool reading computer manuals and browsing ICQ rooms and coding in C#
